Upmarket Barn and Contemporary Farm House
Located on the picturesque Matakana Coast, this contemporary home includes a seriously-sizeable attached barn to store the property’s farm equipment and hay.

Black coloursteel cladding, and a vast double-height schist entrance alongside the huge barn doors, creates a strong presence anchoring the building in to its surrounding rural landscape.

Inside, elongated windows frame the serene views and allow natural light to fill the space that features a high-open-ceiling and a rich, deep colour palette accentuated with custom lighting. The combination of tones, textures and finishing details give a warm sense of welcome and create an inviting space to be enjoyed by friends and family on the farm.
