When the Bishops couldn't find a new home to buy, they engaged Warkworth Construction to transform the home they were already living in. The original farmhouse, on Tawharanui Peninsula, underwent an extension and major renovation including new: roof (see photo at the top of this page showing old tile and new coloursteel roofs), raised ceilings, oak flooring, joinery and double glazed windows, kitchen, bathrooms, decking, stairs, balustrades, and fireplaces - inside and out.
Located on the picturesque Matakana Coast, this contemporary home includes a seriously-sizeable attached barn to store the property’s farm equipment and hay.
