Black on Black

Sep 05, 2020

Come and take a look at this new build in Point Wells, designed by award-winning architect Kelvin Peck, completed by Warkworth Construction earlier this year. The contemporary black-on black exterior is complemented by a restful space inside and fabulous outdoor living spaces.

Interesting tongue and groove sarked ceilings with impressive skylights and walls painted in Karen Walker's restful Wan White are a perfect base to the homeowner's art collection. The relaxed vibe is complemented by oak flooring, large bi-folds and windows with wide sills and soft linen drapes, feature fire places and a cosy den.
Outdoor spaces include a sheltered eastern courtyard situated alongside an enclosed outdoor room with self-cleaning glass which flows on to the north facing deck and lawn with beautiful planting.
